Non-functional state of Charger Adapter caused due to Manufacturing defects only ; Charger should be in proper condition with no rough, or wear & tear signs of usage. If charger is in poor state, Claims may be rejected.

Any Kind of Physical Damage, Issues arising due to external factors or due to Voltage Fluctuation, Current Surge, Exposure to Moisture, Heating, Slow Charging are not covered in warranty. Warranty Doesn't Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling, Voltage fluctuations. Warranty shall be rejected if product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation, Customer have to courier the product by Himself/ Herself to our Delhi Office and after checking, We will Provide a New Product to the customer at his/her address free of cost. Item issued in replacement to original order shall not be covered in warranty. Only 1 replacement can be issued during warranty period. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
