The duration of the shipment varies for each product ordered on the app. This time taken to deliver to the selected pin code is displayed on the product listing page. Please check for the same before placing your order.

PLACING ORDER

Do I have to check the availability of stock before placing an order?

Flipkart's suppliers ensure that enough inventory is available for all the products that are Live on the App.

However, if an item is marked as 'Out of Stock' you won't be able to order it. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to get notified immediately whenever it is available with suppliers for ordering.

What if I want to place an order but the product goes out of stock?

If your contact wants a product that is out of stock, select the 'Notify Me' option on the product listing page. This will ensure that you get notified immediately when the product is back in stock.

Do you provide product reviews?

Yes, on Shopsy you get access to millions of customer reviews shared on Flipkart. Customer reviews on Shopsy will help you get additional information about quality and performance of products.

How do I place an order using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Here’s how you can place an order using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  1. Add a product to your cart.
  2. Go to the Cart section.
  3. Enter the address and select 'Deliver Here’.
  4. On the next page, you will see a list of payment options.
  5. Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment mode.
  6. Confirm Order Details and place the order.

The delivery partner will collect the amount from the customer at the time of delivery.

Note: In case the delivery partner has collected an extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but the customer did not receive it, You can reach our customer support team to address any of your queries or complaints by clicking the link, selecting your order and choosing 'Need Help' option: https://www.shopsy.in/rv/orders.

Note: While placing a prepaid order, ensure that you always use a payment method (cards, wallet, UPI etc) that is owned by you.

How do I check if the order is confirmed?

The "My Orders" section on the App, allows you to check if your order has been confirmed.

To check:

  1. Go to the 'Orders' section on the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. You will find your list of previous and current orders.
  3. Select the order and check whether it is confirmed.

How do I change the address after the order is placed?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can change the shipping address by following these steps:

  1. Go to 'My Orders'
  2. Select the order you want to edit.
  3. Choose the option to change address.
  4. Enter new address for delivery.

Your order will be delivered to the updated address.

Note: If the order has already been dispatched, then the address cannot be changed. In such a case, you can place a new order and cancel the previously placed order. What kind of packaging will the customer receive at the time of order delivery?

All orders are fulfilled by sellers and would be delivered with Flipkart or Shopsy brand packaging.

Can I place bulk orders on Shopsy?

On Shopsy, you can order any quantity of the same product as long as the stock is available with the supplier. In a case where only a fixed quantity of the product can be purchased, you will be notified before placing the order.

Can I pick up the shipment from Shopsy/Flipkart's office or hub?

No, there is no pick-up hub for orders placed on Shopsy. The order will be delivered to the address that you mentioned while placing the order.

What happens if the customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery?

If the customer does not accept the order at the time of delivery, the order gets cancelled and returned back to the supplier.

Can I specify or change the delivery date/time?

You cannot change the shipment time or get it delivered on a certain date. You can track the status of your shipment under the "My Orders" section.

What is the duration of the shipment?

The duration of the shipment varies for each product ordered on the app. This time taken to deliver to the selected pin code is displayed on the product listing page. Please check for the same before placing your order.

Can I change the shipping address?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can change the shipping address by following these steps:

  1. Go to 'My Orders'
  2. Select the order you want to edit.
  3. Choose the option to change address.
  4. Enter new address for delivery.

Your order will be delivered to the updated address.

How do I track the shipment of an order?

You can track the shipment of any order on the "My Orders" section on the app.

To access the "My Orders" section, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the 'Orders' section on the Navigation Bar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap on the Order you want to track from the list.
  3. You will find information on your Shipment status under Order Details

How are delivery charges calculated?

Delivery charges are calculated based on the number of units, distance and delivery date.

What happens if the customer is not available at the time of delivery?

In case the customer misses a delivery, the delivery partner will try to deliver again on the next business day.

CANCELLATIONS

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by following the steps below:

  1. Go to 'My Orders'
  2. Select the order that you want to cancel.
  3. Click on 'Cancel Item'
  4. Select your reason for cancelling the order.
  5. Confirm your choice by clicking 'CONTINUE’.

Your order will be cancelled successfully.

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?

Yes, you can cancel your order after it has been shipped from the "My Orders" section on the app.

Your orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery absolutely free of charge.

MAKE PAYMENTS

How do I make a payment using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Here’s how you can make a payment using COD:

  1. Add a product to your cart.
  2. Go to the Cart section.
  3. Enter the Customer's address and select 'Deliver Here’.
  4. On the next page, you will see a list of payment options.
  5. Select ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment mode.
  6. Confirm Order Details and place the order.

The delivery partner will collect the amount from the customer during the time of delivery.

Here’s how you can make a prepaid payment:

  1. Add a product to your cart.
  2. Go to the Cart section.
  3. Enter the Customer's address and select 'Deliver Here’.
  4. On the next page, you will see a list of payment options. Select any of the prepaid payment modes like Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets etc).
  5. Confirm Order Details and place the order.

Note: While placing a prepaid order, ensure that you always use a payment method (cards, wallet, UPI etc) that is owned by you.

What are the different modes of making a payment for an order?

Shopsy offers multiple payment modes for orders placed on the App. This includes:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  2. Debit/Credit card
  3. Net Banking
  4. Digital Wallets (PhonePe and Paytm)
  5. UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)

Can I redeem my existing Flipkart SuperCoins while ordering?

Yes, you can redeem your available Flipkart SuperCoins Balance when placing an order on Flipkart via Shopsy.

I am unable to place an order using Cash on Delivery (COD). What do I do?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option may be unavailable for certain pin codes where our delivery partners do not provide the COD service in those areas. We are in the process of tying up with more logistics providers to reduce the no. of such non-serviceable pin codes. In the meantime, we suggest that you opt for any of our prepaid payment modes.

Is there a limit while placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for only those orders where Order Value is less than Rs. 50,000

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

What is the return and exchange policy for orders?

You can only initiate a request for exchange in case the product delivered is in defective/damaged condition or is different from the ordered item.

Note: All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

How do I exchange an order?

To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Choose the item you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Tap on 'Return' to initiate the return/exchange process.
  4. Choose Reason for Return and select 'Replacement' to initiate an exchange.
  5. Confirm your choice.

How do I refund an order?

To return/exchange your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Choose the item you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Tap on Return to initiate the return/exchange process.
  4. Choose Reason for Return and select 'Refund' to initiate a return.
  5. Confirm your choice.

The product has been picked up from the customer’s address. When will I receive the refund?

In case the customer returns a product, the refund will be processed to its original payment source (for prepaid orders) or to your bank account (for COD orders) as soon as the delivery partner confirms the return of the item.

Note: For COD orders, refunds can be processed to your bank account only and is subject to confirmation of the bank details shared by you while raising the refund request.

Why is the customer's return request getting rejected?

Shopsy cannot accept returns of item(s) in the following cases:

  1. When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it.
  2. When any consumable item has been used or installed
  3. When anything is missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories.
  4. When non-returnable items are involved such as innerwear. lingerie etc.
  5. When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers

REFUNDS

What is a refund?

Refund for any order is the process in which a customer returns a product to the original supplier in exchange for the money previously paid.

How will I know if a refund has been deposited in my account?

You can visit 'My Orders' to know the status of your refund.

You will receive confirmations on your registered contact number when the refund is initiated and when the refund has been deposited.

When will I receive my refund?

For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped and delivered, the refund will be processed as soon as the delivery partner confirms the return of the item(s).

Yes, you will receive the complete refund of your entire order including the delivered charges you have paid.

Do I get a refund when the order gets cancelled due to supplier delay?

In case the orders are cancelled due to supplier delay in dispatching the products, the refund for the order will immediately be initiated to your bank account.

I have not received the correct refund amount. What do I do?

MY EARNINGS

What is the My Earnings tab?

My Earnings' on Shopsy, is a section where you can keep a track of the earnings.

You can access the 'My Earnings' section by going to the 'My Account' tab on the Navigation Bar at the bottom of your screen.

Adding Bank account details

How to add a Bank account?

Follow the below steps to add your bank account details:

  1. Go to "My Account" Tab
  2. Click on "My Bank Account"
  3. Click "Add bank account”.
  4. Update the Billing Address for invoice purpose and click "Save & continue”.
  5. Once billing address entered successfully
  6. Enter your correct & active bank account & click "Save”.
  7. We will deposit Rs.1 & verify you bank account.
  8. Status of verification will reflect on “My Earnings” tab.

What happens if I have submitted wrong bank account details?

The following may happen if you have shared wrong bank details:
a) Bank verification may fail
b) Earned margin may not be processed and may fail.

To avoid these, you can add/enter the correct bank account details once again under my account tab.

What if bank account verification fails?

You can check the current bank verification status by following the below steps:

  1. Go to "My Account" Tab
  2. Click on "My Bank Account"
  3. If the verification status is failed, click on the "Add bank account."

Can I change my billing address?

Yes, Billing address can be updated on “My Account” tab.

Can I change/edit my bank accounts?

You can change/edit your bank account details under “My Account” tab.

Where can I view my billing address & bank account details on Shopsy app?

You can view the details on “My Account” tab.

COMMISSION EARNING

Will I be able to add commission while placing orders?

Adding commission while placing the order is discontinued and you will not be able to add any commission.

Can we withdraw the amount earned and till when?

Yes, you can withdraw the amount earned without any interruption till further notice

What is the current minimum amount for withdrawal?

No minimum amount required for withdrawal

How can we earn commission on Shopsy

How can I withdraw my earnings? What is the process to claim the commission earned?

a) Click on "My earnings" tab
b) Check the payment eligible amount
c) Click on "withdraw now"
d) Check the product & amount eligible for payments
e) Click on "confirm and proceed with eligible amount"
f) You will see the "payment request received" success page
g) Withdrawn amount will be credited to your account in 1-2 business days.

What if my payment fails?

Such scenario is very rare, however in such case we will trigger the payments again in 1- 2 business days
However, we also request you to check if the bank account details provided by you is correct and the account is active
You can also contact our support team to check the reason for failure and request them to process the payments.

What is term "deposited" means?

Amount successfully transferred to your account.

What is term "On the way" means?

The fulfilment of order is in progress or its still under return policy.

When can I withdraw the amount?

Once the order is delivered to customer and 3 days after the return period is completed

What is the minimum amount to withdraw?

INR 1/- is the minimum amount.
