Planting and Care Instructions
Plantation:
Choose a location that has well-draining soil, full sun exposure, and protection from strong winds.
Loosen the soil and add organic matter like compost or aged manure to improve soil fertility.
Dig a hole that is slightly larger than the root ball of the plant, and place the plant in the hole. Fill the hole with soil and make sure the plant is upright.
Care:
Water the plant deeply once or twice a week, depending on weather conditions.
Apply a balanced fertilizer with equal amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium every three to four months during the growing season.
Prune the tree in late winter or early spring to remove dead or diseased branches and shape the tree.
Inspect the plant regularly for signs of pests and diseases like mango fruit flies and anthracnose, and take appropriate control measures.
Harvest ripe fruits by hand, taking care not to damage the tree or the fruit.
By following these simple steps, you can successfully plant and care for a Thai mango plant.
