Not Covered in Warranty
Any Kind of Physical Damage, Issues arising due to external factors or due to Voltage Fluctuation, Current Surge, Exposure to Moisture, Heating, Slow Charging are not covered in warranty. Warranty Doesn't Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling, Voltage fluctuations. Warranty shall be rejected if product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation,. Item issued in replacement to original order shall not be covered in warranty. Only 1 replacement can be issued during warranty period. Incase of Warranty claims, No Pickup in few cases and Customer Need to Self Return the Product or pack the item as per guidelines. Return Shipping cost to be paid by Buyer, incase of no servicability area. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
