Take Jowar Idli Mix in a bowl (400g). Add 400g soured curd (or buttermilk). Add salt (as per taste), pinch of sugar, 3-4 drops of oil in batter and mix it well until there are no lumps left., Set it aside for appx. 15-20 min (you can add a pinch of Eno/ Baking Soda)., Pour batter into greased idli moulds & steam cook in an idli cooker for 15-20 min., Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
