Non-functional state of Lightning Cable caused due to manufacturing defects only. Lightning Cable should be in proper condition with no rough, or wear & tear signs of usage. If Lightning Cable is in poor state, Claims may be rejected.
Not Covered in Warranty
Any Kind of Physical Damage, Issues arising due to external factors or due to Voltage Fluctuation, Current Surge, and Exposure to Moisture, Heating, and Slow Charging are not covered in warranty. Warranty Doesn't Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling, Voltage fluctuations. Warranty shall be rejected if product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation, Customer must return the product himself or pack the item as per the guidelines. Return shipping cost one way to be paid by buyer. Item issued in replacement to original order shall not be covered in warranty. Only 1 replacement can be issued during warranty period.
