DESIGN & QUALITY - KARBD Swimming Kickboards are made of sturdy, durable and heavy duty Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Foam (EVA), which is environment friendly, light weight & easy to carry. Our swimming training board size is moderate with 44.5 cm long * 31 cm wide * 27mm thick, suitable for adults, children, swimming beginners & pros. The 4 cuts allow for different hand positions on the board, thereby activating different muscle groups for training., MULTIPLE POSITIONING WITH 4 CUT DESIGN - Includes 2 sets of integrated handles (four cuts in total) for optional and rotational swimming positioning. It is specially designed with 4 holes or cuts for ease of holding and multiple swimming positioning. The cuts can be removed optionally, i.e. if you need to use the entire board without the cuts, you can do so.
