A: Guess so, but this one uses solid material tyre. Almost no wheelchair of this type now comes with tyre-tube needing air filling. Not seller, but another buyer using this for someone for sometime.

Q: Is this foldeble chair?
A: There are various levels of being foldable. Some fold down to fit into a small carry bag. This is not of that type. However, you can collapse/fold it width-wise, i.e. bring the 2 rear wheels together.
