Sowing Method
Prepare substrate: Use straw, sawdust, or composted manure and sterilize it. Inoculation: Mix mushroom spawn (not actual seeds, but mycelium) into the cooled substrate. Fill containers: Place inoculated substrate in bags, trays, or beds. Incubation: Keep in a dark, warm place (22–28°C) for mycelium growth. Fruiting: Move to a humid, cooler environment (18–24°C) with indirect light for mushrooms to grow.
