Cooking Instructions
1. To make Sambar, add Sambar Instant Mix to approximately 1500 ml of water and let it boil for 5 minutes. 2. Then, mix thoroughly without lumps and let it boil for another 5 minutes. 3. Optionally, you can add boiled veggies and sprinkle some coriander leaves. 4. Within 15 minutes, the Sambar mix will be ready. 5. If desired, add jaggery for sweetness. This recipe can serve up to 12 to 15 members.
