She has made major contributions to the field of management, both as an academic and as a practitioner, as a result of her passion and skill. Dr. Singh has excelled at teaching and mentoring throughout her career. She is currently an Assistant Professor and the Academic Head at the LN Mishra Institute in Patna. Her area of expertise is in the graduate and postgraduate teaching of management and managerial economics. She also actively guides the students through the Summer Internship Programme and is involved in placement efforts. Dr. Singh's dedication to her pupils extends beyond the classroom. In her corporate roles, she has served various verticals and contributed toward organizational goals and objectives.
