Cooking Instructions
Direction for Making Delicious Ice Cream at Home Set the freezer temperature at a high 1/2 hour before preparing the mixture of Ice-cream. Add "Dharmasut Ice cream mix Powder" to 1/2 liter full-fat milk. Keep to boil and stir for 2-3 minutes till the mixture becomes smooth. Leave the mixture to cool. Once cooled, put into an airtight container and refrigerate for approximately 3-4 hours. Remove and add cream(malai) and mix using a beater or mixer for 5-7 minutes. Refrigerate again for 5-7 hours in an airtight container.
