Cooking Instructions
Heat the oil to frying temperature before lowering the heat for the puris. Puris should be fried for 8–12 seconds to ensure appropriate expansion. In order to prepare pudina pani, mix it thoroughly with 500ml of cooled water. In the same way, combine 500ml of cooled water with the khatta meetha imli pani and stir well. Khajur imli chutney can be made by combining it with 50 ml of warm water.
