Inflating Instructions
Find the inflation hole and remove the air stopper/plug., Attach the provided foot pump to the inflation needle, and gently insert the needle into the inflation hole., Use the foot pump to gradually inflate the ball. Tip: Inflate the ball to about 80% of its full size first. Allow it to rest for a few hours, then inflate it fully to reach the correct firmness (until it measures 55cm in diameter).
