Sulania Covered in Warranty Policy, the charger adapter malfunctions due to manufacturing defects only. The charger should be in good condition, there should be no tempered or physical damage, there should be no signs of wear and tear, and neither the cable connector should be damaged, there should be no cuts on the cable. If the charger is in bad condition, the claim may be rejected. The item issued in replacement of the original order may not be covered under warranty. Only 1 replacement can be issued during the warranty period. There will be no pickup after 7 days. Customer has to return the product himself, customer has to pay the delivery charges for the replacement unit. Not Covered in Warranty
Sulania Not Covered Warranty Policy, Thank you for choosing Sulania. Please read the following warranty terms carefully, Warranty Does NOT Cover: Any kind of physical damage, Issues due to external factors like, Voltage fluctuation, Current surge, Exposure to moisture, Overheating, Slow charging, Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear, Products found to be in used or poor condition, Secondary products are not covered under warranty, Replacement Terms, Warranty is valid only once per product after proper validation. Only 1 replacement is allowed during the warranty period. The replacement product will not be covered under warranty. Customer must self-return the damaged product within 7 days of issue; after this period, pickup will not be arranged. Customer must courier the product to our Delhi office at their own cost. After inspection and approval, we will ship a new unit free of cost (excluding delivery charges). Customer is responsible for delivery charges of the replacement unit.
