Badshah Fish Masala is an exotic blend of Indian spices specially prepared for an array of fish recipes like fried fish, fish curry, and other seafood curries. This spicy masala can be used to add a dash of delicious flavour in your sea food when cooked with onions, garlic, and ginger. Recipes made with: Swad Sugandh Ka Raja Badshah Fish Masala - Clean 2 medium size fish. Make a thick paste with 4 chilli powder, turmeric powder and juice of 2 lemons, ginger garlic paste and Badshah Fish Masala. Make slits on the sides of the fish and rub the above paste on the fish. Cover and leave aside for 1/2 hour. Heat a non-stick pan and sprinkle 2-4 tsp oil.Gently add each fish into the pan. Wait for a few moments before turning the fish to the other side. Cook on a low flame. When the fish turns golden brown remove it from the pan. Serve hot garnished with lemon slices.
